The outdoor heated swimming pool offers magical views of the mountains. there's nothing like a sunset dip after a long day on the slopes. The boot room is a solid setup, complete with boot dryers, making it convenient for ski enthusiasts.
The dining experience could use some work—especially for vegetarians— as the menu often lacks decent plant-based options, leading to repetitive and uninspired meals. Expect issues like a leaking ceiling in the boot room and icy stairs that might pose a hazard, particularly in snowy conditions. The carpets and general furnishings are showing their age, and while the facility may have a cozy vibe, it badly needs a facelift. Wi-Fi connectivity was spotty at best, leaving me frustrated when I needed to check in with friends back home.

The food was delicious, but we dealt with cold pool water.

Hotel Les Campanules offered a great experience. The breakfast spread impressed me with its variety and quality. The staff maintained a cozy environment, enhancing the overall dining atmosphere. The ski locker facilities were perfect for storing equipment, ensuring easy access for a day on the slopes. I encountered some challenges. The service in the restaurant during dinner could improve. there were some inexperienced waitstaff present who struggled with basic tasks. the menu often changed unexpectedly, impacting our dining choices. The pricing seemed high for the quality of the amenities provided, especially given the aging bathrooms. While the outdoor pool had stunning views, its temperature was disappointing, making it less enjoyable. a lovely hotel experience but requires attention in specific areas.

Could this be the unicorn we’re all looking for?
The views from the restaurant during breakfast were stunning, and the staff's warmth added charm to the experience.
Drinks at the bar were quite pricey, potentially discouraging guests from enjoying a nightcap after skiing.

the pool was cold and the woodwork was rotting, absolutely charming! not to mention how I had to chase the staff multiple times for responses, definitely great service. I also expected a complimentary welcome drink for the price I paid, but I guess that would have been too much to ask. I almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.
